My work reflects two key things. A strong reverence for nature — and a deep belief in the beauty of people.

When painting natural landscapes, I always wonder what’s just beyond the branches: maybe a deer drinking, maybe someone bathing. There’s mystery there, and life. Every glint of light on water feels like something sacred - as bright and precious as any diamond ring.

When I paint people, I’m not trying to change them... I’m trying to reveal what’s already there. Something honest, something quietly beautiful beneath the surface.
Faces have always fascinated me. They just appear - uninvited, insistent, full of stories. I believe every face holds beauty. It’s not the people who are ugly.  It’s the way we’ve learned to see them.
