Refund policy
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, then we will accept return of goods within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. Please note that if it is more than 14 days since you received your order, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
If you would like to return a product, please contact Paul as soon as possible for confirmation of return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item, and advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as is possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an item over £50, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and insuring the item, as we can only offer refunds on items which we safely receive.
